Upon entry into the museum visitors are ushered to the theater for an audio-visual treat of the early history of the Royal Malaysia Police (RMP), which is greatly influenced by the historical evolution of Malaysia. The electronic presentation traces the root of the RMP right back to the days of the Malay Sultanate, the Portuguese and Dutch settlement in Malacca, the Japanese occupation and to the period prior to the independence of Malaysia.
